Former Seahawks strong safety Jeron Johnson joins Gee Scott in talking about the NFL's top ball hawks, wide receiver corps, and QBs outside of the Seahawks. During the 'Text Questions' segment among many questions asked Jeron is asked what was the hardest hit he has given/taken since being in the NFL. Then in honor of the 4th of July coming up Gee and Jeron talk about the Dos and Don'ts of the holiday and everything around it.

They go over today's Top 5: Mariners are looking to bounce back from their current 4-game losing streak, Gabe Jackson agree to a five-year, $56 million deal with the Raiders, Julio Jones' high school coach reports that he kept Julio from Pete Carroll during the recruiting process, John Calipari says he didn't inquire about the Knick GM position, he's staying at Kentucky, Brett Favre says it would be a dream to coach at Green Bay. Gee and Jeron take callers asking any questions they want to ask. The guys go Behind the Lines to talk the Seahawks Super Bowl team.

Also, NFL analyst Brian Billick joins the show and we go Behind the Lines with Gee Scott.

John Clayton talks to American sportswriter and analyst Phile Steele about the Washington Huskies possibly having a different outcome in the playoffs if linebacker Azeem Victor and Defensive linemen Jojo Mathis had not gotten injured. In the 'Text Hour' among many questions asked, Clayton is asked whether UW quarterback Jake Browning would go first round in the NFL draft. Then Clayton talks to Bob Stelton about UW having a good chance of going 12-0 in the 2017 season, BUT that USC would win the south and beat UW in the Pac-12 championship.

John Clayton and Gee Scott go over today's Top 5: After a day off the Mariners look to bounce back from the Astros series, taking on the Phillies tonight, The Seahawks release training camp dates and the Chiefs have requested to interview Seahawks co-director of player personnel, Russell Westbrook wins this year's MVP at NBA Awards, Tom Brady is the number 1 players on NFL's top 100 list, and Nick Fairley is ruled out for 2017 season due to a heart issue. Dave Wyman comes on the show to talk Seahawks not being rated as highly as they should be with the Professor. Gee Scott goes Behind the Lines and finds out that Seahawks players have been working out instead of being on vacation.

John Clayton is on by himself today and goes over today's Top 5: The Mariners complete a 4-game sweep of the Tigers after a 7-inning debut start from Andrew Moore, Felix Hernandez makes his first start since returning from the DL tonight against the Houston Astros, The NBA Draft took place last night and after a lot of talk there weren't many surprises and Markelle Fultz went number 1, Derek Carr becomes highest paid player in the NFL with a 5 year $125 million contract, Kansas City Chiefs retain coach Andy Reid but fire GM John Dorsey. Jerry Crasnick of ESPN.com comes on the show to talk to the Professor about how hitters have caught up to the pitching in the league. Behind the Lines is with John Boyle of Seahawks.com today and he talks with John about the Derek Carr contracts and NFL contracts in general.
